Merchandise is shipped via FedEx, UPS, Ontrac or USPS for all states including Alaska, Hawaii, military bases and US territories. Shipments usually leave our warehouse between 1-2 days upon payment receipt.
Please be advised that shipping to Alaska or Hawaii items will be shipped via USPS. Some items may contain an extra surcharge for these locations.
We take every measure to insure that your package is shipped in a timely manner and arrives to your front door safe and sound, so we include handling in the shipping cost. Extra packing materials, boxes and labor are used to insure safe package delivery. We do our very best to ensure that your package arrives to you in excellent condition. We take every measure to make sure that your package is packed properly to make it to its destination in one piece. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and the product may shift causing unintential damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact customer service immediately for further instructions. We ask that you please not discard the damaged products and retain the original box and packaging as inspection from the carrier is often required.

Direct Super Center offers its customers a no hassle return policy to all approved returns. Returns must be approved by a customer care agent and have an assigned RMA number to be issued for the return. In the case that an item is damaged or defective, a replacement will be issued and a prepaid return address label will be issued for the return of the damaged/defective product. ALL unapproved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Direct Super Center does offer a satisfaction guaranteed refund policy on all approved refunds. All we ask is that you have a recipt or order id number for the refund process. All refunds will be reviewed through our customer care team and then upon approval the refund will be granted. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds past 60 days of purchase.

In regards to sex and sensual products, we will not accept any open or tampered product back. We will destroy the product and no refund will be processed. Please contact the manufacturer if you are unstatisfied with the product.

On rare occasions, we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay in your order, and should this happen, we will notify you via e-mail and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Depending on the inventory of the products, we may delay your shipping to be able to ship your purchase in its entirety or we will ship them in partial shipments at no extra cost to you.
